       Duties of the Director of the Nukus Branch of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute


          Deputy Director of the branch:


          Organization of the implementation of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, decrees of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training

          Organization of educational, scientific, financial and spiritual education and training of qualified personnel on the basis of state educational standards;

          Ensure that all deans and departments, heads of departments and teachers are fully aware of the set of requirements for content and level of training in accordance with state educational standards;

          Relevant orders organizations, instruction and instruction, education and training on issues related to the OTM process during the implementation of decisions and orders of the rector, the Academic Council;

          Developed countries to study trends in the development of the education system, the Law on Education, the National Program for the Training of Personnel and other educational methods and tools to improve the implementation of laws and their implementation;

          Organization of advanced forms of education in the learning process, including the introduction of distance learning, new pedagogical and information and communication technologies and their effective use;

          Preparation of proposals and organization of business proposals;

          Coordination, organization and control of departments, deans, providing the educational process;

          Approval of work plans for deans, faculties and departments and monitoring their implementation;

          Improve the quality of lessons, monitor and enforce the faculty's personal plans;

          Guidelines for the organization of educational and scientific conferences, methodological councils of higher education institutions and pedagogical skills, a synthesis of advanced methodological experience;

          Conducting a general management of the library fund to raise funds for educational, methodological and scientific materials, including the preparation and publication of journals and collections of scientific works by university staff, as well as educational methodological and scientific periodicals throughout the educational and scientific activities of the university;

          Selection and support of talented youth, management of the process of preparation of the scholars of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoy, Beruny, Ulugbek, Zulfiya and others among students and trainees;

          Development of proposals for staff of teachers and instructors, organization of work of departments, departments with qualified personnel;

          Promote vacancies for hiring, preparation of proposals for employment of interned researchers, researchers and residents, development and implementation of plans for professional development and advanced training of teachers;

          Effective use of training halls, auditoriums and laboratories, development of technical equipment issues;

          Prevention of employees who violated discipline, making recommendations on the termination of the contract with them;

          Preparation of proposals for the organization of faculties, departments in cooperation with foreign higher educational institutions to improve the content of education, training specialists at the international level;

          Analysis of annual reports of deans, faculties and departments, conducting analyzes and conclusions, conducting a timely assessment of teaching and methodological activities of teaching staff;

          Constant cooperation with higher educational institutions in academic and methodological fields, ensuring the active participation of professors and teachers in conferences, seminars, cooperation with local authorities;

          Evaluation, analysis, efficiency improvement of higher education institutions in the established order;

          Active participation of the higher educational institution in accordance with the established internal certification, in the preparation and conduct of external certification.


          - To organize the implementation of laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, Decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training;

          - Provision of training Highly educated highly qualified staff, highly ethical and ethical able to manage the business in a market environment and capable of independent thinking;

          - Organization of training of highly qualified personnel on the basis of state educational standards;

          - Ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks specified in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and "National Program for Personnel Training";

          - Define the competence of all departments of the sectoral structure, planning, coordination, management, design of qualified personnel for decision-making positions in higher education institutions, recruitment, recruitment and recruitment;

          - providing material and moral incentives for employees, ensuring social protection, applying disciplinary sanctions;

          - control over the formation and effective use of revenues from branches;

          Organization of research work, increasing their effectiveness and wide implementation of research results, ensuring the integration of higher education, science and production;

          Organization of translation and publication of textbooks and educational literature in accordance with the requirements of the Concept of a new generation textbook for lifelong learning;

          Organization of effective forms of education in the learning process, including the introduction of distance learning, new pedagogical and information and communication technologies and their effective use;

          Leading spiritual, educational and educational work, the formation of national ideas in cadres and students;

          Reception, dismissal, restoration, observance of internal procedures for students, masters and trainees;

          Providing professional development of professors and teachers;

          Organization of housing and other types of services for students, trainees, researchers, scientific and pedagogical personnel and ensuring their social protection;

          Providing constant quality control of the activities of faculties and departments, the educational process, lectures, practical and laboratory studies, methods of teaching and production, and other types of training;

          Organization of events aimed at identifying trends and perspectives of the field of study prepared by the specialists of the educational institution (scientific and practical conferences, participation in international conferences, creation of conditions for the use of the information space, science and technology, development of literature, information materials); improvement of educational standards, curricula, curricula and research orientation;

          Development of marketing services, organization of cooperation agreements with the aim of studying the demand and supply of education and specialties, training graduates in actual employment, training specialists;

          Development and implementation of measures to strengthen and develop the material and technical base of the industry, to manage the Scientific Council of the University, to improve the institutional structure of the higher educational institution, to organize, terminate, and change structural divisions;

          Development of scientific and creative contacts with foreign partners, ensuring the participation of investments and grants, organization of a joint venture (department, research center, scientific research, projects, etc.);

          Ensure the fulfillment of other tasks determined by the competent authorities in the field of education management.
